The Tested coverage of the We The Rosies build was recently released on YouTube. I make a very subtle cameo. At 5 minutes 41 seconds in, they talk about a piece filled with women’s names. That’s one of our pieces from Occoquan! Also, if you are wondering what my handwriting looks like for “x10y17z6”, that question is answered 6 minutes and 17 seconds in.
Hat Tip to the multiple members of the 3D Printing Community who reached out and let me know they talked about my piece! 🙂
At ERRF, I was often upstairs helping with registration and ticket sales, so my booth was a little ignored. Walter from Kuntry3D managed to catch me on one of the rare occasions I was at my booth. He snagged a quick interview. Enjoy!
This morning I was watching Joel Telling’s new channel trailer for the 3D Printing Nerd channel and suddenly I was surprised to be looking at myself! Check out his trailing. I come in around 2 minutes and 46 seconds.
I was a wee late as I was trying to sooth a congested son, but I did get to visit with my pals this week at the Friday Night 3D Printing Community Hangout hosted by Matt from How I Do It. We talked about our sources of inspiration… and revealed the results of the new logo! I loved visiting with the community again!
I finally had a little bit of breathing room after Cyber Week and was able to catch up on some of the YouTube streams. I started with Lauren from Abuzz Designs. It was particularly topical as she was discussing Etsy. I was playing it in the background while I worked and suddenly heard my name. Thank you, Lauren, for such a kind shout out!
After a bit of a hiatus, I got to join my friends for the Friday Night 3D Printing Community Hangout. This week, we were at Mitch 3D. The topic– “Making Money with 3D Prints”. I talked about my craft show and Etsy endeavors as well as doing training sessions.
My heart is full from the 3D Printing Community. I got tagged on Instagram and learned that I helped inspire @taos78 to forge through failures and conquer multiple color prints. <3
A lovely surprise on Twitter today. I got the most wonderful shout out from @PrintThatThing. He’s famous, you know. Yeah, that’s right. I helped the Cat Armor Guy save a 60 hour print! Absolutely thrilled, thrilled, thrilled to help.
